JULY 11 -- 6 to 9 PM (*choir rehearses for youth sunday at 5)

meet at the church for an intro to youth week, cool worship with ben cheney and his friends from huntingdon, and play underground church.  since the romans wore togas and had to meet in catacombs to worship, you need to wear a toga too!  (just bring a sheet if you need help)

bring $5 for dinner and cool summer sundaes!

JULY 18 -- YOUTH SUNDAY -- 8:55, BRIDGE, & 11:00 SERVICES
if you would like to help in any of the services, contact an intern or lee ann and we'll sign you up!  youth read scripture, pray, usher, sing, talk, say the benediction, etc...  choir and extra friends from mission trip will lead music so rehearse on july 11 at 5.  meet in the choir room at 8 if you are helping with any of the services.  wear khakis (school skirts or pants) and your summer youth shirt ($10 available in youth office).

5 TO 10 PM -- NIGHT GAMES
meet in the clc parking lot and we'll load buses for the johnson farm near slocomb.   youth are NOT allowed to drive their own cars.  wear clothes for night games like camos or black (helpful hint:  you're too easy to see in the dark if you wear a light color or bright reflective tennis shoes!) we will play korean war and several night games like capture the flag or mission impossible.  WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES.  (NO flip flops)  since we will be out in the woods with bugs, pants are suggested too.
